Studies show that most adults spend between seven to nine hours in bed, sleeping for an average of just over six hours. Our sleep patterns change with advancing age, and especially as we head into the fifties, we are more likely to suffer from disturbed sleep.

Studies have proved that 100% cotton is the ideal fabric for nighties and pyjamas, because it’s hypoallergenic, light, breathable and soft.Because cotton is natural, breathable and light, it’s suitable for even the most sensitive skin and will stay warm in winter and cool in the heat, unlike other man-made materials such as polyester and nylon.
